Directions to Use:

Step 1: Perp the lips with a lip balm if required.

Step 2: Line your lips, either with a lip liner of your choice or using a lip lining brush and liquid lipstick.

Step 3: Fill in the bottom lip using the lipstick wand. Rub your lips together. Fill in the leftover areas.

Mermaid Tip:

Use two different liquid lipstick to create an ombre effect.
